Monterey's Breast Cancer Awareness Community Run

In the journey to end cancer as we know it, every step makes a difference. On October 7, Fleet Feet Monterey, American Cancer Society, and Mizuno are teaming up for our 2nd Annual Breast Cancer Awareness 5K Walk and Run. Lace up those shoes and show up with like-hearted people who care as we take steps together to support cancer research, increase awareness about and access to screening and treatment, and honor the legacies of those who have courageously lived with breast cancer and other estrogen-related cancers.
Because every step makes a difference.

The event begins at 8am; doors open at 7:45am.The 5K will be an untimed community walk and run for solidarity and support. The event begins and ends at Fleet Feet Monterey and is an out-and-back course along the Monterey Bay Rec Trail to the Monterey Bay Aquarium and back.

7:45am - Doors open
8:00am - Event officially begins: Photo booth, Mizuno shoe demo, Guest speakers, Group Art Project to honor and remember
8:20am - 5K begins
9:00am - Post-Run breakfast, giveaways, photo booth
