The Give Back Lead Forward Virtual Run/Walk/Bike is a fundraising event to benefit The Mentoring Club.
The Mentoring Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a mentoring community for aspiring and seasoned leaders. Anywhere in the world, we help working people find mentors who can guide them to develop the skills they need to achieve their career and life goals. We help mentees fulfill their goals through meaningful work that creates a positive impact in the world. As mentees become leaders, our dream is for them to become mentors to others.
The Mentoring Club aims to provide people in the workforce the ability to connect with mentors who can help them build their confidence, develop new skills, consider a career change, and become leaders they aspire to be to make the world a better place.

We are so excited to invite you to The Mentoring Club’s 3rd Annual Virtual Run/Walk/Bike fundraiser!
As leaders, we believe we must invest in ourselves intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. This fun event is about taking care of ourselves and our health, so we can take care of others amid the current challenges in our world.
Join us as we all “Give Back Lead Forward” in this fun-raising event!
By going virtual we can participate in this event anytime between July 7, 2022, and August 8, 2022, and be active, be involved, be a part of a community supporting a cause* while enjoying a run or walk or bike any place with a scenic outdoor view, preferably.

HOW TO JOIN:
STEP 1 – SIGN UP today to join.
STEP 2 – PRINT your BIB number to wear on the day of your run or walk or bike.
STEP 3 – COMPLETE YOUR DISTANCE whether a 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles) run or walk or a 15K (9.3 miles) bike any time between July 7, 2022 and August 8, 2022.
STEP 4 – COMMIT to observing proper social distancing for the safety of your loved ones and others.
STEP 5 – SUBMIT VIRTUAL RESULTS on the RESULTS tab of the Give Back Lead Forward Virtual Run/Walk/Bike 2022 signup site. You may also opt for "I finished but did not time my run." Submitting your virtual results is needed if you wish to print your Finisher Certificate.
STEP 6 – POST YOUR PICS on our Facebook page or on the PHOTOS tab of the Give Back Lead Forward Virtual Run/Walk/Bike 2022 signup site and get a chance to win the "MOST SCENIC PHOTO" (Individual or Team) and the MOST CREATIVE TEAM PHOTO (Team) award with a $100 Amazon Gift Card (Individual) or a $300 Amazon or Restaurant Gift Card (Team).
STEP 7 – CELEBRATE your accomplishment by printing your Finisher Certificate with your name, event, and time results on it, too.
STEP 8 – RECEIVE a Give Back Lead Forward T-SHIRT and a commemorative MEDAL for bragging rights!

This year, enjoy your run, walk, or bike ride in the company of your family and friends!
We are opening up our PHOTO CONTEST to both INDIVIDUALS and TEAMS.
Individual Category: MOST SCENIC PHOTO taken during the run/walk/bike
Team Category:
- MOST SCENIC TEAM PHOTO taken during the run/walk/bike (AT LEAST 3 PARTICIPANTS)
- MOST CREATIVE TEAM PHOTO taken during the run/walk/bike (AT LEAST 3 PARTICIPANTS. Show us your best! Think more team members, scenic views, and creative and fun poses.)
PRIZES:
Individual Category contest winner will get a $100 Amazon Gift Card.
Team Category contest winners will get a $300 Amazon or Restaurant Gift Card per Group.
HOW TO JOIN THE PHOTO CONTEST:
For the Individual Category:
- Simply upload your photos under the PHOTOS tab.
- Our team will collect and collate all photos at the end of the race period and judge the photo entries to pick the MOST SCENIC PHOTO.
- All participants are welcome to join this category.
- The winner will be informed, and the prize will be sent via email.
For the Team Category:
- You can create a group by clicking the COMMUNITY TEAMS tab, registering yourself first, and choose Create a New Community Team.
- Have your family and friends register under the Community Team you created.
- You need to have at least three (3) team members to join this contest.
- As teams are created, we will create a Photo Album for each Community Team under the PHOTOS tab.
- Simply upload all your team photos in your Community Team album.
- Our team will collect and collate all photos at the end of the race period and judge the photo entries to pick the MOST SCENIC TEAM PHOTO and MOST CREATIVE TEAM PHOTO.
- The team winners will be informed, and the prize will be sent via email.
