The Mentoring Club Give Back Lead Forward Event
The Give Back Lead Forward Virtual Run/Walk/Bike is a fundraising event to benefit The Mentoring Club.
The Mentoring Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a mentoring community for aspiring and seasoned leaders. Anywhere in the world, we help working people find mentors who can guide them to develop the skills they need to achieve their career and life goals. We help mentees fulfill their goals through meaningful work creating a positive impact in the world. As mentees become leaders, our dream is for them to become mentors to others.
With the COVID-19 pandemic still in our midst, The Mentoring Club aims to provide displaced workers the ability to connect with mentors who can help them rebuild their confidence, develop new skills, consider a career change, and become leaders they aspire to be to make the world a better place.
Description
We are so excited to invite you to The Mentoring Club’s 2nd Virtual Run/Walk/Bike fundraiser!
As leaders, we believe we must invest in ourselves intellectually, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. This fun event is about taking care of ourselves and our health, so we can take care of others amid the current challenges in our world.
Join us as we all “Give Back Lead Forward” in this fun-raising event!
By going virtual we can participate in this event anytime between July 7, 2021, and August 8, 2021, and be active, be involved, be a part of a community supporting a cause* while enjoying a run or walk or bike any place with a scenic outdoor view, preferably.
*The Give Back Lead Forward Virtual Run/Walk/Bike 2021 is a fundraising event to benefit The Mentoring Club.
REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
- Printable BIB number to wear on your run/walk/bike day
- Give Back Lead Forward T-SHIRT
- Commemorative participation MEDAL with lanyard
- Printable Finisher CERTIFICATE

TO JOIN:
STEP 1 – SIGN UP today to join.
STEP 2 – PRINT your BIB number to wear on the day of your run or walk or bike.
STEP 3 – COMPLETE YOUR DISTANCE whether a 5K (3.1 miles) or 10K (6.2 miles) run or walk or a 15K (9.3 miles) bike any time between July 7, 2021 and August 8, 2021.
STEP 4 – COMMIT to observing proper social distancing for the safety of your loved ones and others.
STEP 5 – SUBMIT VIRTUAL RESULTS on the RESULTS tab of the Give Back Lead Forward Virtual Run/Walk/Bike 2021 signup site. You may also opt for "I finished but did not time my run." Submitting your virtual results is needed if you wish to print your Finisher Certificate.
STEP 6 – POST YOUR PICS on our Facebook page or on the PHOTOS tab of the Give Back Lead Forward Virtual Run/Walk/Bike 2021 signup site and get a chance to win the "MOST SCENIC PHOTO" award and a $100 AMAZON GIFT CARD.
STEP 7 – CELEBRATE your accomplishment by printing your Finisher Certificate with your name, event, and time results on it, too.
STEP 8 – RECEIVE a Give Back Lead Forward T-SHIRT and a commemorative MEDAL for bragging rights!
