Or enter your activity manually directly into the race. Started after February 14? Don't worry, we'll automatically add your last 7 days of workouts.
The Races
The Bay Race Three Bridge Challenge lasts until April 15. The race has 3 Divisions. They are:
- Run/Walk for runners and walkers. This can be any form of walking or running, including using a treadmill. Miles logged work at home cleaning or working does not count, just activities meant as exercise.
- Multisport for everyone. Combine all the distance you do on your bike (indoors or outdoors) as well as running, walking, skiing, swimming, paddle boarding, and rowing.
- Team Challenge - all sports. This can be a team of up to 8, biking, walking, running, swimming, rowing, and paddleboarding indoors or out. Again, household chores don't count. This is a great option for friends and co-workers. You can also add team members at any time.
All athletes receive shirts and medals which will be available at Sports Basement locations around the Bay Area. Or we can send yours to you.
