Let's get stepin'! Go all in and kick off your journey towards a stronger and healthier life by starting with a 20,000 step walk/run!
The 20,000 Step Challenge virtual run can be completed on your own terms. The only requirements is that you complete your 20,000 steps within 1 calendar day. Once completed, email or text us a selfie with your step counter (on your watch or phone) and we'll mail out your FINISHER medal to your home!
If you're a resident of southern California, finish your 20,000 steps between 9:00am and 12:00pm on the following dates/locations and pick up your FINSHER medal in-person:
