MOBILITY and MOVEMENT
We will provide a practical approach for coaches to implement basic ancillary drills and exercises for strength and proper running mechanics. We’ll address common mobility issues that HS runners face, and some basic exercises that can be implemented to reduce injury risk in key (commonly injured) areas, as well as improve performance. These are going to be many of the same exercises we use with my professional level Track and Field athletes, many of whom are Olympians and World championship level competitors.
