Description

Held in the multipurpose room of VADM Martin Liberty Center. Learn the practice of concentrated focus upon a sound, object, visualization, the breath, movement, or attention itself in order to increase awareness of the present moment, reduce stress, promote relaxation, and enhance personal and spiritual growth. Class will be from 1730-1830. All experience levels with the practice of meditation welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing!

Available to Liberty eligible patrons, Active Duty and Reservists, E1-E6, and their guests ages 18 yrs +.
