Muay Thai (Beginner's Class)

Two,1.5-hour beginner classes on March 11th and March 14th to lay down the foundation for real Muay Thai techniques and self-defense skills. Class covers: striking, footwork, kicking drills, and lite sparring. Gloves and gear provided, but can bring your own if you have it!

Please register based on the class date and your transportation needs. Limited spots available that include transportation to IB Krav Maga Academy on March 11th and 14th classes. Those registering with "Includes MWR Transporation" will meet at VADM Martin Liberty, NASNI, BLDG.1507 between 4:15pm - 4:25pm. Van will depart sharply at 4:30pm. Those registering with "No MWR Transportation included" will need to coordinate their own transportation and will meet us at the Muay Thai class (suitable for patrons with a vehicle).

IBKMA is offering free Muay Thai classes the rest of March for Active-Duty Service members, just show your CAC. Classes meet Mondays and Thursdays, 5pm - 6:30pm. Other class dates: March 18, 21, 25, 28. Transporation not provided. Message us for address details and other inquires.
