HAPPY 249th BIRTHDAY NAVY!  SHOW US WHAT YOU GOT. STATIONS WILL BE SET UP AS PARTICIPANTS COMPLETE A VARIETY OF STRENGHT CONDITIONING EXERCISES, FOLLOWED BY ALTERNATING RUNNING.  EVENT SHIRTS WILL BE HANDED OUT AT THE COMPLETION OF THE EVENT.  *WHILE SUPPLIES LAST.
