Description
This is the NBC MWR Liberty Volunteer Page for San Diego Anime Con. This volunteer opportunity is in collaboration with VADM Martin Liberty, NASNI and Q-zone, NAB. Registration is open to Active Duty E1-E6 only.
Get anime-ted for anime shumatsu (weekend)! San Diego Anime Con is back for its second year! Catch the anime fever with panels, cosplay, local artists, live entertainment and more. Complete your 4hr assigned shift and enjoy the convention for free. You have the option to select the Saturday Shift or the Sunday Shift. If we still have volunteer spots available after November 7th, we will open it up for registrants to sign up for multiple shifts.
Updated convention hours:
Saturday- 10AM - 8PM
Sunday- 1PM - 7PM
Once registered, more details will be emailed to volunteers the week of November 10th. This will include information pertaining to MWR Transporation and the scheduled meetup times/departures times for each pickup location.
