This over nighter will consist of utilizing a couple of San Diego's best outdoor areas - Mission Trails and Cowles Mountain. You can expect many miles of trail running, humping heavy and awkward objects, tons of calisthenics and physical challenges along the way plus much more to test your limits. At the end of the 12 hour training session it is MANDATORY that you complete a 1.5 hour Gut Check Fitness class. Upon completion of this you are officially added to the list of those that have survived 'the SUCK."
