Description
This is a series of informal Ninja Saturday training events that each include one-hour of Ninja Warrior Training from Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show. Participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.
Wolfpack Pentathlon Club members receive a 10% discount.
