Ninja Warrior Training Plus 2024 Wolfpack Team Practice #3

This is an informal training event that includes Ninja Warrior Training from Earl Hooks, four-time competitor on the American Ninja Warrior television show, followed by an AAU-sanctioned fencing practice and an AAU-sanctioned track & field practice provided by Wolfpack Pentathlon Club.  Both training sessions will be focused on helping athletes prepare for the 2024 Wolfpack Regional Tetrathlon and the 2024 USA Pentathlon Multisport (USAPM) National Championships.

During the first hour, participants will receive group coaching from Earl, focusing on strength, flexibility, and other exercises that are needed to master the standard Modern Pentathlon obstacles.  During the second hour, participants can practice fencing techniques and compete in some practice bouts against other participants using wireless scoring units provided by Wolfpack Pentathlon Club.  Additionally, participants can receive track & field running coaching from Wolfpack's running coaches.  Please contact Coach Kirt if you need to borrow any equipment.

To participate in the second hour, youth athletes must have an AAU Youth membership (covers all AAU sports) and adult athletes must have an AAU Adult membership in Fencing (for the fencing practice) and an AAU Adult membership in Track & Field (for the track & field practice).
