The Richard Flanders Walk for Polio

Pleasanton North Rotary (www.pnr-rotary.org), the Home Club to our District Governor, Richard Flanders, presents the Richard Flanders walk for Polio!

Join Rotarians from Rotary District 5170 in this 2-mile walk to End Polio.  Proceeds from the walk will be donated to the Rotary International Polio Fund.

As part of the Rotary District 5170 Conference, the walk will take place on Sunday morning, April 24th at 8:00 AM.  It start in the parking lot of the San Ramon Marriott and follow a walking trail around Annabel Lake and the Bishop Ranch Office Complex and finish back at the Marriott.

Wear something Rotary related so we stand out as a crowd!!

The entry fee is $30 and $25 of that will be donated, in your name, to the Rotary International Polio Fund.  ($5 will cover operating expenses).  You'll have an opportunity to make an Additional Donation as well.  **Remember, just $75 more, for a total of $100 grants you access into the exclusive Polio Plus Society!

All participants will receive an End Polio Pin and a cold bottle of water will be waiting for you at the finish line.  And don’t worry, you'll be done in plenty of time to join the Sunday Brunch at the Conference.
