Wake up with the sunrise for a unique Central Coast experience!
Castle to Coast starts at stunning William Randolph Hearst Memorial Beach, nestled beneath iconic Hearst Castle. Lace up for an invigorating 8.2-mile run along breathtaking Highway 1, making your way to the charming coastal town of Cambria, finishing at Shamel Park.
Enjoy spectacular early morning ocean views of the Pacific Ocean, making this run as visually stunning as it is energizing. This low-key, feel-good event is the perfect way to kick off your new year, whether you’re a seasoned runner or simply looking for a fun and rewarding challenge.
Along the route, you’ll be supported by enthusiastic Cuesta College Student-Athlete volunteers, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. At the finish line, participants can look forward to giveaways from Running Warehouse, FLUID Sports Nutrition and other local merchants. Plus, a convenient shuttle service will transport you back to the starting line. Stay and relax in quaint Cambria to celebrate your accomplishment.
