Abrazo 5K Walk & 10K Run 2025

Casa Familiar’s 2025 Abrazo 5K Walk + 10K Run: Seeding Our Future / Sembrando Nuestro Futuro

A key factor to enhancing quality of life means tackling the critical climate challenges that our community faces. Casa is getting ready to launch the La Semilla Community Resiliency Center, a learning space for residents to engage in ways to mitigate air pollution, extreme heat, drought, energy use, and other climate risks. Participants will also engage in e-shared mobility projects, water & energy conservation learning, and smart sustainable building and upgrades to their homes. 

Your support in participating this year at Abrazo 2025 will help us continue to seed a healthier and more sustainable future. 

The Abrazo 5K Walk + 10K Run is a course that will take participants along the San Ysidro-Tijuana border on Saturday, May 3, 2025 from 7:30am to 11:00am. Check-in starts at 6:30am and the program will begin promptly at 7:00am.

We strongly recommend taking advantage of our Early Registration Package Pick-Up on Thursday, May 1st 2025, between 4pm - 8pm. Enjoy a delicious brew and pick-up your registration package from one of the following local favorites:
