Hit the pavement on Saturday, April 27th, 2024 in support of children's health and wellness at the 11th Annual Lam Research Heart & Soles Run! All 5K/10K registrations include:

The driving force of Silicon Valley’s success is creative minds, diverse skills, and a thriving entrepreneurial spirit. In order to foster those skills in our local talent, it is crucial to provide students with equitable access to exercise, nutrition, and well-being resources.
With this in mind, the Silicon Valley Leadership Group Foundation established the Lam Research Heart & Soles Run in 2014—and since then, we have raised over $830,000 to support children’s health and wellness. Event proceeds will be donated to the following youth organizations:

6:30 AM – Bib & shirt pickup and gear check open

7:00 AM – Course closures begin

7:30 AM – Start stage program begins

8:00 AM – 5K/10K start time

8:45 AM – Cool down activities on award stage

9:15 AM – Awards ceremony on awards stage

9:30 AM – Bib & shirt pickup closes

9:45 AM – Kids Run start time

10:05 AM – Last runner crosses finish line, finish line closes
