Participate
1) Create a team with at least one partner.
2) Partners work together to accumulate a total 30 of miles as a team. Everyone contributes to reach 30 "partner" miles!
You, your spouse, your kids, your friends - log miles and add them up ALL WEEK LONG to reach 30!
Run, Walk, Bike, Ruck... or whatever... wherever you are!

Our goal is $10,000 for our non-profit partner, All Pro Dad
This goal sponsors 6 new schools with an All Pro Dad chapter program - so dads & kids can meet each month to engage in fun, meaningful quality time at their school.
OH - AND IF WE EXCEED OUR $10,000 GOAL...
20 men from F3 Inland Empire will be delighted to bear crawl 1 mile
BUT WHY?
30% of South California families are single-parent households.
So we are stepping up and going 30 miles in one week as a family!
The men of F3 Southern California make it their mission to become better men for their families. This year, we want to broaden our impact through the Family 30 event.
Men, women and children ages 5 to 95 are joining forces to push themselves physically, spend time together, and maybe even have some fun.

ABOUT F3
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
F3 So Cal has grown to more than 47 workout locations across Southern California, including Santa Barbara, Inland Empire, Redlands, Anaheim, Temecula, and San Diego
