We warmly welcome families with children in strollers to join our event! To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we kindly ask that runners and walkers with strollers start at the back of the line.

Important Information:

·         Children Aged 0–4: Children in strollers can participate for free; however, they will not receive a race t-shirt. T-shirts may be available for purchase at $10.00 on a first-come, first-served basis.

·         Registration Requirement: All children in strollers must be registered for insurance purposes. Please complete a registration form online or in person for each child accompanying you in a stroller.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Superhero Virtual 5K: Run, Walk, or Jog Your Way to Victory!

Embrace the freedom and flexibility of a virtual race with our Superhero Virtual 5K! Participate from anywhere—whether it's your neighborhood, a local park, on a treadmill, or even a track—and complete the 3.1-mile course at your own pace.

How It Works:

1.      Register Online: Sign up for the virtual race through our official registration platform.

2.      Choose Your Time and Place: Complete the 5K between October 11th and 12th, 2025. You can run, jog, or walk at a time and location that best suits you.

3.      Track Your Progress: Use a GPS-enabled app like MapMyRun to record your distance and time. These tools monitor your performance and share your results. 

4.      Submit Your Results: After completing the race, submit your time and a photo of your results online to compare with friends and fellow participants.

Every step of your superhero journey helps shine a light on children who have faced unimaginable challenges, reminding them that they are not alone.  Every mile you conquer of your superhero run is a message to a child who may have felt forgotten, scared, or alone, that someone sees them, someone believes in them, and someone is standing in their corner.

Behind every child is a story, and behind every story is a need for a caring advocate. Your participation helps CASA of Tulare County recruit, train, and empower incredible volunteers known as Court-Appointed Special Advocates (CASA's), everyday heroes who stand beside children in foster care, making sure their voices are heard and their needs are never forgotten.

With nearly 900 children in foster care throughout Tulare County, your support means more than a race entry, it means more hope, more advocacy, and more children having the chance to feel seen, supported, and loved.
