This is the 1st Annual 5K Dunk Run, and we have "slam dunked" this 5K (3.1 mile) course.
This 5K course is very proven, never disappointing, and is a certified course. Yes, you will be running/walking through Historic and Scenic Mooney Grove Park. Starting at the boathouse, then following this course (all inside the park) on roads and paved trails, finishing back at the boathouse. It doesn't get any better for a June event, than the abundance of shade, historic surroundings, and our spectator peacocks, all provided at Mooney Grove Park. You don't want to miss this event!!
RACEJOY: Don't forget to check out "RaceJoy" live tracking. Watch your friends run and send them cheers of encouragement during the Race. Down load the App and set it up. Runners down load "RaceJoy" carry your phone and get your spits, hear your friends cheers of encouragement and receive your unofficial finish time.
RTS LIVE RACE DAY RESULTS: Race Day Live Results as you Finish! On your phone, open the TCSO PAL 5K DUNK RUN Web Page or go to rtsracetiming.com. Click "RTS LIVE RESULTS". That will take you to the TSSO PAL 5K DUNK RUN live results page. On that page you will see the times, place, and Team Scores as they happen during the race.
EARLY BIRD REGISTRATON: Sign-up before April 15th, for $30. After that, the price increases!! So, get in this race NOW!!
TEAM OPTION: Create a Team, have your friends/family join the team. The Top 4 runners on each team will be scored to establish our Team Winner. The winning (or fastest) team will get our 1st Annual 5K Dunk Run Team Plaque, and the 4 scoring runners will each receive a Medal.
All participants will receive a Race Shirt; however, MUST be registered by the May 21st Cut-Off Date.

We recommend that you pick-up your race packet during the above-noted dates, to avoid any race day lines and delays.
