Description
This is a self managed 10 week training plan intended for beginners or experienced runners looking for a schedule involving a low level of weekly miles. The ultimate goal of the program is for you to complete the BolderBoulder10K on May 27th, 2024. The training program can be accessed here.
By registering on this site, you will receive periodic emails from Runners Roost about in-store sales and events, BB10K events
The time commitment is around 3 to 4 hours per week at its peak. If necessary, you can make minor modifications to suit your personal schedule.
