Description
The Big Gay 5K in Boulder is going to be, well, BIG!
The Big Gay 5K-Boulder helps support Boulder Pride dba Out Boulder. Out Boulder’s mission is to educate, advocate and provide services, programs and support for Boulder County’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer communities. Please consider making a contribution directly to Out Boulder during your registration.
Course: The Big Gay 5K will start on the east side of Central Park & Civic Area near 13th Street. We will run west along Boulder Creek for 1.55 miles, loop back and head back towards the finish line to join the Pridefest activities!
Parking: ?As with all PrideFest activities parking is going to be tight. Look for street parking in and around Central Park & Civic Area or one of the nearby parking lots or garages.?
T-shirt: All participants will receive a Big Gay 5K t-shirt!
Packet Pick-Up: Participants can pick up their bibs, timing chips, t-shirts, and goody bags at the OutBoulder office ( 2132 14th St., Boulder, CO 80302) on Saturday, September 9 from 2pm to 4pm.
This race is for everyone; walkers, runners, kids, adults, gay and straight. Come to run. Come to have fun. Come to support. Come to PRIDE!
