More about TGTHR:
TGTHR is a social movement and nonprofit, working with courageous communities to end youth homelessness. For youth between the ages of 12-24 TGTHR provide employment assistance, education programs, supportive housing, short-term housing, permanent supportive housing, long-term housing navigation, support and inclusivity groups, family coaching services, life-skills development, mental and physical wellness support, and an array of individual and group activities.

TGTHR moves young people from the streets or unsafe living situations into housing and programs that support their overall well-being. TGTHR’s services are designed to encourage young people to build healthy communities, empower them to set their own goals, and provide them with the tools to become independent.

Homelessness is not just a lack of shelter. It’s the absence of a home — a place where someone feels safe, comfortable, secure, and valued. Ending youth homelessness requires all young people to have a place to live, employment, access to education, wellness, and a supportive community.

Mission: We are building a movement that galvanizes communities, empowers young people, and puts an end to youth homelessness. We won’t stop until every young person is valued, empowered, and safe.

Values:

-          We believe growth is rooted in relationships.

-          We believe in widely celebrating resilience.

-          We believe there is strength in diversity.

-          We believe in promoting youth voices.

-          We believe that housing is a fundamental right.

Impact: TGTHR has been providing housing, resources, and supportive services to youth in our community for over 55 years. TGTHR is the only youth-focused service provider between Denver and the Wyoming border and provides services to young people 365 days a year.

In 2022 TGTHR provided:

-          18,468 stable nights of safe sleep

-          13,117 meals to young people

-          4,860 hours of case management

-          1,029 hours of wellness support

-          5,917 sessions of life-skills development

-          And much, much more
