Packet Pick Up runs on MONDAY NIGHT, TUESDAY NIGHT and WEDNESDAY MORNING of Race Week... see web for location and specific times. Yes, even if you sign up a minute before walking into packet pick up, YOUR BIB AND PACKET WILL BE READY at any of the pick ups.
If you took advantage of team pricing and 'joined a team' during registration, your bibs will be BUNDLED together for ONE pick up. Any team member is welcome to pick up for the group.
If you do NOT pick up your packet at one of the THREE advanced pick up options, you can pick up your BIB only on race morning before the race starts. After the race starts, the swag tent will open where you can claim your swag/goody bag after you finish the run (approximately 9:20 AM.) SWAG will NOT be available for pick up on race day before 9 AM on race day.
REGISTERING GROUPS OF 5 OR MORE FOR DISCOUNT RATE*
When you have a group of five or more in the 5k/10k, everyone saves $5! The way this works is as follows:
-Participant 1: Signs up first at full price and creates a TEAM. You will have to create a team name and a password so that only your group can sign up with you. (Click here for info on how to create a team.)-Participants 2 through 4: Register like normal making sure to join the team, at full price.
-Participant 5 and on: Signs up, joining the team as well, and notices their registration is $5 cheaper! WOO HOO!
Then, a $5 refund is automatically applied to participants 1 through 4 (assuming they paid at least $5.00 for the race)!
*Does NOT apply to participants registering for the Kid's Fun Run.
There is plenty of parking for the 2500 participants of this race within 3/4 mile radius of the event. There are NOT 2500 parking spaces within 10 feet of the event. PLEASE give yourself enough time to get your family from your parking spot to the start line!
