LET’S PUT PEDIATRIC CANCER AND DISEASE IN ITS PLACE. BOO!
Every day, 43 children are diagnosed with some form of pediatric cancer — nearly 16,000 children per year, making it the leading cause of death by disease among children. All children should have a chance for a healthy future.

Let's be Heroes with a Heart for Kids in October and dedicate our fitness activities to supporting kids battling cancer and all childhood disease. Our charitable partners this month are the Children's Hospital in Colorado and Jeff Gordon's Children's Foundation based in Charlotte NC. A portion of the race proceeds will be donated at the conclusion of the monthly challenge.
HOW IT WORKS
- Set any personal goal for October to stay active and dedicate your physical activities to this cause.
- The focus this month is on total number of monthly active minutes.
- Earn badges as you cross each milestone for number of active minutes. Badges get progressively harder to earn over time.
- Commit to staying connected and accountable with the RTCL community. Invite friends to the RUN to Change Lives Facebook Group.
- Not on Facebook? Then build a team and move together in a way that provides meaningful connection.
- Share selfies and tell your stories in our RUN to Change Lives Facebook Group or on Instagram and tag us @runtochangelives. Telling your story can be life changing for you and also the reader. Use hashtags #bootochangelives #runtochangelives #heroeswithheart
- Our beneficiaries are the Jeff Gordon Children's Foundation and the Colorado Children's Hospital
OCT 31st HALLORUN
On Saturday Oct 31st let's ALL costume-up as our favorite superheroes and RUN around our local pediatric hospitals and bring a smile on some much deserved faces.
