We invite you, your friends, and family to participate in Chapter 1181 Air Force Sergeant's Association's 5K run/walk to celebrate the Space Force's 1st Birthday! A virtual 5K can be run (or walked!) anytime and anywhere, even indoors on a treadmill. We just ask that you track your run so you can share it with us on Facebook. The most accurate way to track your is by using a Running GPS watch, but there are also several free smartphone apps available for iPhones and Android devices that you may be interested in.
Race participants will receive a free T-Shirt that can be picked up at the AFSA General Membership Meeting Dec 9 @1530 at the Peterson AFB Hub.
(T-shirts will be available to the first 40 participants that sign up only)

Step 1: Register for the 5K and pick up your free shirt (you will receive instructions for pick up upon registration)
Step 2: Run/Walk 3.1 miles between the dates of Dec 14-21 & track it digitally
Step 3: Take a picture of you completing your run or wearing your shirt and post it to your page with the tags #SpaceForceBDay5K and #AFSA1181
The person with the most likes of their 5K post will receive a mystery prize.
