It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Whether you feel, hear or believe it, the holiday spirit is in all of us in one shape or another. With that, USA Field Hockey would like to invite everyone to compete in the free Ho Ho Holiday Virtual 5K, presented by CranBarry.
You can run, skip, jump, walk or carol! From your favorite trail, around the neighborhood or in the comfort of your own home, fuel your holiday spirit and join the field hockey community in staying active and having fun to finish out the year!
Starting today, Wednesday, December 16 through Thursday, December 31, fans and followers can register, participate and compete against each other, as well as USA Field Hockey staff and U.S. National Team athletes. All you have to do is register at RunSignup.com by clicking here. Participants will be able to submit active results through text message, email or a RunSignup profile, as they progress to completing a 5K (3.1 miles) at one’s own pace over the course of two weeks.

HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR VIRTUAL RUN
- Register for the Ho Ho Holiday Virtual 5K, presented by CranBarry, before December 31, 2020
- Complete a 5K (3.1 miles) by running, skipping, jumping, walking, caroling (anything!) at your convenience any time, anywhere before December 31, 2020
- Celebrate your accomplishment by sharing on social media by tagging @USAFieldHockey, using the hashtag #HoHoHoliday5KFH or emailing your pictures/videos to communications@usafieldhockey.com.
Prizes
Participants who register for the Ho Ho Holiday Virtual 5K, presented by CranBarry, and submit their results before the deadline of December 31, 2020 will be entered into a drawing to win one of five $100 CranBarry gift certificates to cranbarry.com.
