Description
2000m Row, 300 Body Weights Reps of Exercises, and a 5k run -- all outdoors!! Or grab a team of 3 to each complete a 1000m row, 100 Body Weight Reps of Exercises, and a 1 mile run! (All team members must register).
Hosted at Mullen High School De La Salle Stadium with the OTF Community cheering you on! All net proceeds benefit Second Wind Fund for youth suicide prevention.
