The bRUNch Run ™ is back! Join us in Denver on Sunday, October 8 for the most epic and delicious 5K + 10K run/walk. (There is also the 15K)! Think road race meets food festival... join us for a morning of cheering runners on, finish line high fives and hugs, tears of joy, the only race with a scented finisher's medal, brunch from Denver's top restaurants and so. much. more. The Brunch Run is an annual fundraiser for Metro Caring, a hunger resource center that meets people’s immediate food needs.

The bRUNch Run has the best swag and post-race experience! Everyone gets a scented finisher's medal, a commemorative YETI tumbler, a brim hat from For the Run, unlimited brunch bites + beverages, and more!

It's not a bRUNch run without the BRUNCH! The best brunch festival awaits you at the finish line. Indulge in bites from local Denver restaurants and sip on beverages like hot + iced coffee from Logan House Coffee, blood marys from Tito's x The Real Dill, mimosas, fresh juice, Polar Seltzers and more! Dog Friendly!

Well-behaved pups are welcome to run with you. Please keep your pup on a 6 foot release or shorter.

Stroller and Wheelchair Friendly

The course is as flat as a pancake so strollers, wheelchairs and hand bicycles are welcome.
