How much can you climb in an hour? 1,000'? 2,000'? 5,000'? Challenge yourself and see. Run one big hill or repeats on smaller hills. Run roads, trails, stairs, almost anywhere (treadmill, stair climber, etc., not allowed). The only requirements are that you finish at or below the elevation you start, and have GPS proof. Try as many times as you like during the month of May.
