4-Corners Cross Country Classic

 

Fort Lewis College XC, Bayfield HS XC, and Durango HS XC invite you to the 4-Corners Cross Country Classic on Friday October 7th at Hillcrest Golf Course.

 

Schedule (Subject to change based on entrants or weather) 

National Anthem

Middle School Girls 3k: 2pm

Tom Strandt Memorial Mens 8k: 2:30pm

High School Mens Varsity 5k - 3:00 (JV w/ Varsity)

High School Womens Varsity 5k - 3:30 (JV w/ Varsity)

Middle School Boys 3k: 4:00

Women's Collegiate 6k - 4:30 

Open/Community 5k - 5:00

*HS/College/MS/Community Awards will follow @ approximately 6:00 pm. 

 

Registration

High School: Via Colorado Milesplit. $200/Team (Unlimited entries)
Please send checks and make payable to: Bayfield High School XC. 800 County Road 501, Bayfield, CO 81122

 

Middle School: Via Colorado Milesplit. $100/Team. (Unlimited entries)
Please send checks and make payable to: Bayfield High School XC. 800 County Road 501, Bayfield, CO 81122

College: Via Direct Athletics. $150/gender or $250/ Men's & Women's team or $20.00 for individuals. Coaches please create an account on Direct Athletics. Cash or Check @ packet pickup. Deadline to Register is Thursday September 30th @ Noon.

If a team has less than 10 runners we will adjust on an individual basis

College events are free for Current FLC Students running unattached (with ID). Register on Direct Athletics or race day. 

 

Community 5k - community members are welcome to run the Open race. $20.00, paid in cash/check on race day. Sign up on Runsignuphttps://runsignup.com/4-cornersxccomunity5kAll proceeds benefit local running programs.

 

Packet Pick up

Packet's will be available Race day Starting @ 12:30 @ the start/finish line

 

Rules of Competition

This competition will be governed by NFHS (High School) and NCAA (College) Rules

 

Parking 

All parking will be at FLC Stadium parking lots.

 

Course description/Map

Moderately hilly golf course grass with occasional dirt crossings.

Middle School: 3k

High School: 5k

College Women: 5k

College Men: 8k (one 5k Loop + one MS 3k Loop )
