Description
Set your own goals and go at your own pace! This year's Selian Run/Walk/Ride/Swim will be completed on your own, but we will all be in it together. Let's get fit and support one of our favorite organizations in Arusha, Tanzania: Selian Hospital and the affiliated Plaster House, Arusha Lutheran Medical Centre and the ALMC School of Nursing.
Here's how it works. You pick your activity and distance goal to be completed by Sunday, September 6th. Doesn't matter if your goal is number of steps walked or number of miles ran, swam, or biked. All that matters is that you get moving. All along the way, you will be encouraged to fundraise and share your progress on the "Friends of Selian" Facebook group.
