Join us for the FREE 2026 FireKracker 5K training program. The training will run from the weekend of 5/2 through the race on 7/4. Group trainings take place on Saturdays at Jessup Farm (starting at 8:00am then switching to 7:30am as it gets warmer). 

***Registration for theFireKracker 5K is not included with the training program. Be sure to register for the race apart from the training program. And remember, if you are an FCRC member, you receive a race discount. Not a member? Join today.***

There is no prerequisite for this program and it is open to both club and non-club members.

There are two levels in the training program: 

• Beginner
• Intermediate
