THE CHALLENGE
The holiday & winter season is here & that usually means calories increase & mileage decreases.
Don’t worry, you are stronger than that & this challenge will reward you for putting in the miles all month long!
What’s great about Sundays?
Yes! A break from the week of work, stress, obligations & a chance to get out for longer fitness adventures, extended time for coffee & pancakes, followed by afternoon naps or chillin with the Sunday crossword. This challenge will keep you active!

PACKAGES
LOG YOUR MILES - Option #1
STRAVA:
Join the private Sunday Funday Strava group and all your run/walk/hike and bike miles marked “everyone” will be counted in your totals. This option makes it simple for everyone already using Strava so you don’t have to manually log your miles in another system
LOG YOUR MILES - Option #2
RUN SIGN UP Mileage Log
Enter your miles, mode, and elevation gain manually into the RunSignup System.
WHAT MILES COUNT
Miles that you cover when you purposely go out for a run/walk/hike or ride.
Treadmill miles count
Bike trainer miles count
Commuter miles count (foot or bike)
What Miles DO NOT Count?
Step counters - Counting every step you take during the day and converting to miles does not count
Please Note - we are not requiring “proof” of all miles. Since virtual challenges rely on self-reporting of miles, we are operating on the honor system.
