Teams of up to 7 work to complete 21 stages of indoor cycling via relay style on a single bike.

(Official Resistance and Distances TBA)

The stages are as follows:

-8 Flat Stages 

-5 Hilly Stages

-8 Mountain Stages

The IC7 Indoor bike will be used for the entirety of the competition.
