You've heard us talking about it. It's time to get excited! It's time to TEST yourself, PUSH yourself and CELEBRATE yourself and your peers!
We WELCOME friends and family to come cheer you on during the competition. However, to COMPETE, you must be a current member of Trailhead CrossFit. Your spectators WILL be invited to participate in the 90 second "SPECTATOR WODs"! What fun!
