Event Description
The NCMC Turkey trot is brought to you by the CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado. The race is open to participants of all ages and abilities and includes a 5K race on a scenic, USATF-certified 5K course and a 2K Gobler Trek fun run.
The CardioVascular Institute of North Colorado is committed to making a difference is the lives of those with heart and pulmonary disease. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation programs and provide financial assistance to patients who otherwise, would not be able to participate in the rehabilitation program.
The Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day Tradition for many families and one of the largest events in Northern Colorado. It's the perfect way to spend time with family and friends, promote cardiovascular and pulmonary health awareness and work off those pre-holiday treats!
Strollers are permitted on the race course, we just ask that you start behind our more competitive runners.
Due to limited space and many families with young children we kindly ask that you leave your furry friends at home.

Please enter through Door #5 on the East side of the facility, you will have to walk through security scanners to enter the facility.

The 5K starts at 9:00am and the 2K will start at 9:15am
Parking is available in the Parking garage on 16th street and at Greeley Central High School.
Yes, you can register on race day, but you will not be eligible for prizes.
A water location is will be avaialble on the 5K course.
Port-o-potties are available race day.
All registered participants will recieve a race shirt. Please register early to ensure your size is available.
We kindly ask that furry friends stay home.
If the size you are requesting is avaialble you can exchange your t-shirt size at Packet pick up.
It order to allow all registering participants to recieve their shirts, additionals shirts for purchase will not be available until after the race. Please check in with the Information table, race day.
Yes, you can register multiple people under a single transaction. Please follow the steps for registering after creating a runsigup account.
Yes, Parking is free.
Shirt size is not guaranteed. You can choose a different shirt size if they are avaialable. Register early for a better chance of having your shirt size available. At Packet Pick up, there may be available shirts for swapping if others have exchanged previously.
The Start Line is located on the east side of the parking garage at 1801 16th Street. The race finished on 16th street in front of North Colorado Medical Center.
