Event Description
Lafayette Music Fest is put on by Rock for the People, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Lafayette, CO with the mission of building an inclusive live music community by offering free and low-cost rehearsals and recording to musicians from historically underrepresented groups. Because there’s nothing more fun than playing in a band, and your life will be better for it! This year we are adding some endurance to the FEST! Come out and run or walk your way into some amazing tunes. After the complete your run grab some donuts listen to some talented musicians.

10K Course Summary
The 10K course follows the picturesque Coal Creek Trail in Boulder County, Colorado, utilizing an out-and-back format. Runners will encounter four full aid stations, spaced approximately 1 to 1.5 miles apart. Each aid station will offer a selection of salty and sweet snacks, as well as water and an electrolyte drink to keep participants fueled and hydrated throughout the race.d ready for your content.
5K Course Summary
The 5K course takes place on the scenic Coal Creek Trail in Boulder County, Colorado, using a straightforward out-and-back design. Participants will have access to two full aid stations, positioned roughly 1 to 1.5 miles apart. Each station will provide water, electrolyte drink, and a small selection of snacks to support runners along the way.
