Kick off your 4th of July with a family-friendly and festive 5K starting on Thursday, July 4, at 7:30 a.m.!
This fun run/walk is perfect for first-time 5K participants, elite runners, kids, parents with strollers, and everyone in between - even your furry friend! After the race, head over to Highlands Ranch Parkway to catch the annual HRCA 4th of July Parade!
We will be hiding a red, white, and blue kettlebell out on the course worth $100 to whomever finds it and brings it back to the finish!

Race Day Packet Pickup
You will be able to pick up your timing bib and race shirt beginning at 6:30 a.m. on race morning. Athletes should expect long lines and pre-race packet pickup is preferred! Race day registration will be available online until the start of the race but we will not be accepting cash or card payments on site. All registrations must be done online.
Course Description
Light a firecracker under those sneakers and get ready for this fun and fast course. Starting and finishing on Dorchester Street, the course will take runners north to Plaza Drive and back to Town Center South via Broadway and Highlands Ranch Pkwy.
There will be one aid station available on the course that will offer water.
