Overview:
The Sunrise Stampede 5K with a 1-mile fun run is a family-oriented run/walk that has raised $270,000+ for student programs in the St. Vrain Valley School District. All net proceeds support Special Education and Mental Health Teacher Innovation Grants. These grants are awarded to teachers who have innovative ideas to support and enhance learning for students. Help us continue a community tradition and support our students. The courses start and end at Silver Creek High School, 4901 Nelson Road, Longmont, CO. Race date is Saturday, August 12th – 8:00 am start.

Award Information:
The top male and female finisher in each 5K age group will be awarded the traditional Sunrise Stampede mug made locally by Mark Rossier Pottery in Niwot. In addition, the 5K top overall male and female finisher of the in-person race will receive a special prize.
