Description
The Colorado Potato Festival will be kicking off at 8 AM on September 7th, 2024 at Chapman Park in Monte Vista with the annual Tater Trot 5K. This sponsored event is a great addition to the festival and the participants enjoy it every year!
The Tater Trot 5K is sponsored by CPAC, SLV Health, Farm Fresh Direct and the City of Monte Vista. Through this collaboration, we have raised over $35,000 for the local Pediatric Diabetic Fund to assist family receiving extended medical treatment for Type 1 Diabetes. As we continue to raise awareness of Type 1 in children, we would like you to consider joining the cause. If you can join us Saturday, Sept. 7th for the Tater Trot, we would love to have you—there is a $20 registration fee for each participant.
