Description
We hope to see you in May 2025 but we are still trying to secure at date. We are not sure the university will let us host it on May 10th.
We will be looking for clubs, teams and groups willing to work a section of the race for a $150-300 donation to your community group or cause. This race has always been about building community and we want to invite the community to join us and support your local mission. Check out the volunteer tab for more details.
Mini Mortals Triathlon (MMT) is a reverse order youth triathlon following the Ordinary Mortals race and distances are based on the age of participant on 12/31 of this year. For example an 8-year old child turning 9 at any point during the year will compete in the 9-11 year age group and distance:
- 5-8 years: 0.5 mile run, 1.6 mile bike, 25 yard (one length) swim. One parent may escort on course.
- 9-11 years: 1 mile run, 4.4 mile bike, 150 yard swim (3 lap) swim.
- 12-15 years: 2 mile run, 7.2 mile bike, 300 yard swim (6 lap) swim.
This event often attracts several families of two or three generations racing together the same day! Also check out the adult triathlon - the Ordinary Mortals Triathlon for parents and grandparents!

We recognize the top 3 overall male and female finishers in each age group. We do not mail awards so please try to stay for the awards ceremony around 1:15 pm.
