Event Description:
Join us for this year's Run Superior 5K brought to you by Xcel Energy and is being staged by Superior Chamber of Commerce, the Town of Superior and Sport Stable.

The route is the same course that last year's run took down the 36 bikeway before joining the Coal Creek Trail under McCaslin Blvd then winding its way around "Original Town" Superior and Founders Park. It will join the outward route to go back under McCaslin Blvd. The start/finish will be in front of Sport Stable in Downtown Superior.

There will be chip timing for all runners and a fantastic goodie bag with offers for Sport Stable businesses and more. Age group prizes, first local resident and many more awards.

Race bib pick-up will be on Saturday, August 25 from 3-6pm inside Brunelleschi's. Walk up the grey metal stairs to the right of the main doors into Sport Stable, and the race team will be there to meet you!

Arrival and Parking: As the course impacts the Sport Stable parking, we wanted to give you the details on how the Sport Stable complex can be entered that morning. As per the map below, all traffic, other than downtown resident traffic, will be routed on the construction road on the north side of the property. Parking will be available on the north side lot across from Boulder Community Health and in the parking deck on the north side of the Sport Stable structure that morning. We expect the Main Street entrance to be open again by 10 AM.
Barricades will be set up at the Main St. round-about, one block east of McCaslin, and a traffic Marshall will be present to direct non-resident drivers onto the construction road via McCaslin Blvd.
