HOW IT WORKS-
Summit Assault! Is a Gnarly Trail Running Race where Runners race from the base of the mountain to the summit! With 6 miles and 2500'(ish) of elevation gain, there will be no shortage of switchbacks, natural obstacles, and the occasional scramble on your way to the summit!
ALL SKILL LEVELS WELCOME! Here at Summit Assault we believe doing the hardest thing possible, at your pace. Run, Jog, Hike (or any combination of) your way from the base of the mountain to the summit! Soak in the killer views, have a beer with your fellow mountaineers, then take the relaxing chairlift ride down to the base and continue your weekend with the Winter Park Octoberfest and maybe a ride on the Alpine Slide!
