3W Do What You Can 24 Hour CHALLENGE

Welcome to the Do What You Can 24 Hour Challenge, presented by 3W Races.

This CHALLENGE is for ANYONE who has the fortitude to endure as many miles and minutes as YOU CAN in ONE DAY.  This is a virtual challenge so that athletes from across the nation can join in during this 2020 season of quarantine and social distancing.

Saturday, August 22, 2020 athletes from around the nation will submit themselves to 24 hours of toil.  Break it up however you'd like.  Start out and run till you drop?  That's one strategy.  Run a 5k on the hour every hour?  Good plan!  Whatever your strategy, the goal is to both rack up MINUTES on your feet as well as MILES.

Is the 22nd of August not workable for your schedule?  No worries!  Choose ANY DAY until August 31 to complete YOUR 24 hour challenge!

During the challenge (Pick YOUR 24 from August 22-31) run, jog or walk as many miles and minutes as you can.  Log your miles through our online tracker as you go and it will compile your total miles and minutes.  When you join a TEAM of up to 2, all of your miles and times are also tallied.
