Get ready to Run the Sound! 🎃

Join us Halloween morning at Seaside Park in Bridgeport, CT for the inaugural Run the Sound 5K – Halloween Edition — a fun, community-focused 5K for runners, walkers, families and all fitness levels.

Come for the run, stay for the vibes. We’re bringing together fitness, music, costumes and community for a Halloween morning along the beautiful Seaside Park waterfront.

Choose Your Run the Sound Team
We want everyone to enjoy the 5K at their own pace, so participants will be able to join one of three groups:

Team Rene – Group A: Runners
For runners looking to move at a faster pace, chase a personal best or enjoy a more traditional 5K experience. Team Rene will lead the first group out.

Team Daniel – Group B: Run / Walk
Perfect for casual runners, joggers and anyone who likes mixing running and walking. This group is all about moving, having fun and enjoying the energy of the event.

Team April – Group C: Walkers & Families
For walkers, families, kids and anyone who wants to take their time and enjoy the Halloween atmosphere. This is our relaxed, family-friendly group.

The groups will start separately to give everyone a little extra space on the course while still keeping the event together as one big Run the Sound experience.

$25 Early Bird Special – through 10/24 at 12:00 AM
$35 Week of Event – through 10/30 at 12:00 AM
$45 Race Day – through 10/31 at 9:00 AM

For runners 21+, admission to the official Run the Sound After-Party is included with your 5K registration.
