Description
The 9th annual We Never Stop Fighting 5k In Loving Memory of Marilyn T. Krom takes place in the quaint town of Eastford, CT. The event's mission is to help families challenged by cancer and all proceeds will be donated to one or more local families in need. The beneficiary for the 2019 We Never Stop Fighting 5K will be Lory Kneeland, a faithful member of the Eastford Community who has recently gone through Stem cell transplant to treat non-hodgekins Lymphoma. The beneficiary for Owen's Fun Run will be the anonymous Kidney donor that has come forward to help Owen's dad. Please help us help Lory and the donor with expenses during their recoveries. No one fights alone ~ Let's all help
The race takes place on a certified course (CT16046JHP). All participants will receive medals for participation. Top three winners in appropriate age brackets will be recognized and awarded placing medals as well. Age groups are 14 and under,15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, & 80 and over.
