Description
Join family, friends and neighbors once again for Breast Cancer Alliance’s 5K for Hope! Run or walk, alone or with family or friends, as we honor and remember loved ones, friends and colleagues who have faced breast cancer head on and raise money to help BCA do its part to eradicate this disease.
100% of proceeds raised from this event will be designated for Breast Cancer Alliance Screening and Support Services grants. This funding helps to eliminate barriers of access to screening for diverse, socioeconomically underserved and uninsured patients who would otherwise not be able to afford, or gain access to, lifesaving breast cancer screening and diagnostic services.

Race Day Information
We look forward to welcoming you at BCA’s 5K this Sunday, May 3rd! Whether you are running or walking, here are a few important details:
Thursday, 4/30 between 11am and 3pm, Friday, 5/1 between 9am and 4:30pm, event t-shirts (supplies are limited) for all, and bibs for those running, will be available for pick up at the BCA office, 48 Maple Avenue (above Coffee for Good). To make for an easier morning, we would appreciate early bib and t-shirt pick up. If you are unable to make it to the office during the hours listed above, bibs and t-shirts will be available for pick up at the race.
The event will begin in the parking lot at Richards, with the entrance on Fawcett Place. Please do NOT park in the parking lot, as that is where your complimentary breakfast and pre- and post-race components will be taking place.
The run/walk is held rain or shine (we hope for shine!). Please plan to dress accordingly, as the event is completely outdoors.
If you have any questions, please let us know. If you have friends and family who would still like to register, they can do so via this link or come for walk-in check in Sunday morning.

At Breast Cancer Alliance, we are committed to improving the lives of those impacted by breast cancer through innovative research, specialized breast surgical oncology fellowships, and vital screening and diagnostic services. Proceeds from the 5K directly support life-saving screening and diagnostic programs for underserved members of our community.
