Breast Cancer Alliance is committed to improving overall health through exercise, diet and stress-relieving behaviors in an effort to better prevent breast cancer and aid those in recovery and survivorship. Each year hundreds of participants, from grandparents to children, individuals to teams, come together to support BCA in this community-wide event, rain or shine, joining us in CT or on virtual routes across the US.

All sponsors will be mentioned in event related publicity and advertising, via social media, and promotional messaging throughout the month. Please indicate your preferred sponsorship.

We look forward to welcoming you at BCA’s 5K this Sunday, May 4th!  Whether you are running or walking, here are a few important details:

Thursday between 11am and 3pm, and Friday between 9am and 4:30pm, event t-shirts for all, and bibs for those running, will be available for pick up at the BCA office, 48 Maple Avenue (above Coffee for Good). To make for an easier morning, we would appreciate early bib and t-shirt pick up. If you are unable to make it to the office during the hours listed above, bibs and t-shirts will be available for pick up at the race. 

The event will begin in the parking lot at Richards, with the entrance on Fawcett Place. Please do NOT park in the parking lot, as that is where your complimentary breakfast and pre- and post-race components will be taking place. 

The run/walk is held rain or shine (we hope for shine!). Please plan to dress accordingly, as the event is completely outdoors.
