Lisbon Fall Festival Road Race

Weather update, Sept 26 at 6pm:  

Dear runners,

The difficult decision has been made to cancel the Lisbon Fall Festival 5k. Due to the weather (power wires and tree debris on the road), we feel that the conditions are unsafe to continue with the event.  

Please know that we, as the race organizers, wish the event could take place and realize how disappointing this is for all registered runners. Rescheduling this event is unfortunately not an option due to the state highway permit process.

While our policy is to not issue refunds, we hope to offer a coupon code to all 2026 registered runners for a partial discount to next year’s race. The race organizers plan to meet in the upcoming month to discuss the financial feasibility of a coupon for 2027 with the amount to be determined. We also hope to set up a time to pick up shirts (for those registered prior to the t-shirt deadline). A follow-up email will be sent regarding specifics.

Join us for the 44th Lisbon Fall Festival Road Race on Sunday, September 27, 2026. 10:00 am race start. The 5k course is over gentle rolling hills through the rural town of Lisbon, CT. 

RACE STARTS AND FINISHES AT LISBON MEADOWS PARK 

Course: 3.1 miles (Route 169 – Mell Road – Ames Road – Route 169)

Entries: 

$27.50 (includes $2.50 processing fee) until Sep 26 at midnight

T-shirt Deadline: Aug 31. Shirts are not available if registered after this date.

Race Day $32.50 (includes $2.50 processing fee). 

Race morning registration is online; runners will register and pay with their phone on the RunSignup website. No paper registration forms. 

Packet pick-up begins at 8:30 am race day in the barn.

Awards to begin at 11:00 am or as soon as possible.
