Newtown Savings Bank Mile Down the Pike

Join us for the Newtown Savings Bank Mile Down the Pike, a one mile road race. 

The Monroe Memorial Day Parade has been cancelled, so we will no longer have access to the parade route.  We are moving the race to Fawn Hollow Elementary School in Monroe (address:  345 Fan Hill Road, Monroe, CT).  

A full mile loop course has been measured in the Fawn Hollow/Jockey Hollow campus.  This is a closed campus so there is no traffic.  This will still be a timed race with age group awards at the end of the event.  The course is a loop course with the same start and end point.Please note:   In the event of severe weather the race will be cancelled.  No refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation or change in location.  

T shirts guaranteed to the first 175 registrants*.  Age group prizes will be awarded along with 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female finishers.

Sunday, May 24:  11:30 am - Race Check In Begins
Park and Check In at Fawn Hollow Elementary at 345 Fan Hill Road in Monroe
Race Day Registration Available via mobile device with credit card ONLY
12:25 - Race Checkin Closes, Walk to Start Line
12:30 - Race Begins
12:35 - Refreshments Available at Finish Line
12:55 - Grab and Go Age Group Awards at Finish Line
